last weekend I arrived home to find my yard Perfect! all leaves and twigs removed. I had every intention of taking care of my fall cleanup that day, but it was complete. I had a bill in my mailbox for the clean up, but it was for my newly moved in neighbor. I called Scott's business to let him know how nice my yard looked and that they had taken care of the wrong property. Scott was appreciative of my kind words for their fine work, but they had cleaned up the wrong property. my neighbor had requested their services. Scott, upon learning this, with a sigh, said that I had received a free fall clean up! I'm a business owner and know what it's like to spend time on something that does not yield a benefit. I told Scott that I was so impressed with the work that was performed that I would ask him to come back in the spring to complete some outdoor projects that I have not yet completed. Bottom line...He is a great business owner that does an outstanding job. I will make this mistake worth his while because of the way he handled it. earned my business going forward....I think the neighbor is also happy as her property was addressed the next day! Highly recommend his services. Work is professional and Scott's attitude is great!

Scott Sousa of Sousa Landscaping Design and Services has been taking care of the landscaping at our Legend Hill Condo for the past five years. He does a Spring Clean-up and a Fall Clean-up. He always arrives on time with his crew and transforms our home into a beautiful place that we delight in seeing each time we come home.
